We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to respect the time of our staff and other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

 

1. **24-Hour Notice**: 

   - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.

 

2. **Late Cancellations and No-Shows**:

   - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of your deposit or pre-paid service.

   - If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the session as if you attended.

 

3. **Subscription Members**:

   - For our valued subscription members, any missed sessions due to late cancellations or no-shows will be charged as if you attended the session.

   - Any missed sessions due to late cancellations or no-shows do not roll over to the next period. Ensure to attend your scheduled sessions to make the most of your subscription benefits.
